  • if you click a book you check it out for thirty one minutes (arc number)
  • if a book is checked out, instead of seeing the library , you have a page focused on that book (button to return it early, button to 'read' it (play game), button to spend candy to Change (add premade cards to it that are for the cardset but weren't in the starting deck) it, button to spend candy to Inspire it (add bullshit procedural cards to it that you can EDIT (only way to add custom cards))
  • library has a button to spend candy (LOTS of candy) to Change or Inspire the library (rules to every game like how many cards you draw) (change is always deliberate from the Guest, Inspiration is always procedural with an option to customize)
  • at ABSOLUTE random the Harvest suddenly remembers she has a job to do and lets you pray instead (submit things to HB). (she no longer has a sense of time after last years worshipers replaced it with a love for books) (so instead of working 20 hours a day with a few breaks she's mostly goofing off with occasional panic work) (you can Change or Inspire her to work more or less through the library candy system)
  • have her card sets be based on the books sacrificed to her last year, as well as the stories of the corn maze blorbos, have at least one cardset BE the maze (and the stats be left, right, up and down values). have cards that can only be played if there are exactly 3 ups, 5 downs, 2 rights, etc. (upgrade what cards can be, but the base card builder does not allow this) (because i will die if i have to make something that complex user friendly).

  • restyle to be harvest colors and with harvest effects, css filters and all
  • each card set is a book in the library
  • you can check a book out for 31 minutes (days in hallowen) before having to return it
  • you get candy based on the victory points you earned
  • spend candy to upgrade books (add or remove cards) or upgrade the library (permanently change the rules of how all games work, like number of cards drawn)
  • the point is the harvest wants to help people tell stories but also is slacking off and playing card games
  • change, inspiration and being served, libraries (replacing her hidden aspect of time) she is going a bit too hard on the whole being served thing
  • if time isn't real for her anymore, instead of set breaks, maybe what she does is just randomly remember she's supposed to be 'working' and let you submit prayers, but mostly just is the card game

  • The Harvest parses this as PLAY (its the camellia in her, cardgames are her life) so for an hour at noon and midnight and two random 15 minute breaks, she panics and takes prayers. she got so into the card game she forgot to work.

  • render cornmaze map? special locations give you the ability to choose a card or Artifact or candy (to use to unlock different cardsets in the main screen?)
